You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

Bible Pray provides a digital platform for spiritual growth including personalized devotionals, AI-powered Bible study tools, guided prayers, prayer journaling, and community features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Marketing Communications

By creating an account or using our Service, you expressly consent to receive marketing communications from Bible Pray, including:

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Bible Pray offers subscription plans including weekly, monthly, and annual options. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

  • Weekly Plans: Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Monthly Plans: Refunds available within 1 week of purchase.
  • Annual Plans: 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund, contact us at support@biblepray.ai. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (prayer entries, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content solely for operating and improving the Service. We do not have any responsibility or liability for content generated by users.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized devotionals, Bible study assistance, and other content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI content is for supplemental spiritual guidance only
  • AI content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI content does not replace professional pastoral or theological counsel
  • You are responsible for evaluating AI content before relying on it

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLE PRAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
